a)Live Arrival Guarantee

It is important for us to be the trusted pet store with this Policy, we guarantee that the fish will be alive when you receive it.

In the rare case of Dead-on Arrival (DOA), please follow our DOA claim steps.

1. Keep the fish in the original unopened / untied / uncut bag (DO NOT OPEN).
2. Required to take the clear photos of the bag with the fish in it within 2 hours after arrival (Timestamp checked by shipping carrier tracking).
3. Send the Photos to our Customer Service or you can also send these attachments to our Live Chat, Email, as the official way to claim a DOA case.

We will replace the new ones, or I will REFUND FISH EXCLUDING SHIPPING.

b) Acclimate & Quarantine

All of the livestock that we imported has been through our imported quarantine procedure and pre-shipping quarantine procedure before shipping to you.

THE COLOR OF FISH ON THE PICTURES MAY DIFFERENT FROM YOUR AQUARIUM, COLORS MIGHT BE LIGHTER OR DARKER DEPEND ON LIGHTING YOU USED, fish might arrive lacking color during stress from shipping, but colors will be back to original in a short period of time.
